How to care for your Streptocarpus
LIGHT: Medium to bright indirect light, some early morning and/or evening sun is fine but avoid strong direct sun.
WATERING: Water thoroughly then allow to dry out completely before watering again. Avoid waterlogging.
HUMIDITY: Enjoys humidity but will tolerate average home environments, avoid drying heat or cold draughts. Humidity can be increased by pebble trays, grouping with other plants or a humidifier.
TEMPERATURE: Enjoys warmth of 15-28°C. Avoid draughts.
FEEDING: Liquid high potassium houseplant feed once or twice a month during spring and summer. In autumn and winter feed less and only if plants continue to actively grow.
GROWTH: Trailing. Medium growth rate. Can reach 50cm in length.
TOXICITY: Safe for pets and people.
