Plants Etc delivery fees and areas
We can only deliver to addresses within the two highlighted areas on the map, unless we have agreed a special delivery fee prior to ordering.
- Red area = free delivery
- Yellow area = standard delivery (£3)
- Outside highlighted areas = dependant on quote, charged at standard delivery rate plus miles outside shaded area of £0.40 per mile.
Our charges per delivery not per item. Unsure where an address lies? Want to enquire about delivery outside of the highlighted areas? Please contact Fiona for a quote before ordering. We will always try to accommodate you if we can!
We reserve the right to refuse and refund orders to addresses outside of the highlighted areas unless we have agreed to this before the order was placed.
Delivery slots
Select a delivery slot at checkout so we can deliver your order at a time that suits you.
Our weekly delivery slots are: 4pm-7pm on Mondays and Thursdays.
Next-day delivery may be available for special occasions. Please request this prior to ordering.
Delivery instructions changed? Please contact Fiona as soon as possible.
We often deliver in areas with poor mobile reception, so we may miss last minute changes to delivery instructions.
Missed deliveries
If there is no answer when we attempt delivery, or if we are unable to access your property, we will count this as a missed delivery unless you have provided instructions for a safe place.
Re-arranging a missed delivery may incur another delivery fee.
Concierge & safe places
If you would like us to leave your order in a safe place, please provide instructions for this at checkout.
Remember to choose a safe place where your plants will be safe from damage or temperature extremes.
We cannot take responsibility for orders lost after they have been delivered to your safe place.
If you have a concierge, please check they can accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe place.
We will never leave an order unattended unless otherwise instructed by the customer.
