This gorgeous Birds Nest Fern is a one off, at Plants Etc we like to do something different! Planted directly into an old Stoneware pot the two seem to complement each other perfectly. The pot has been drilled to allow drainage so the plant can live happily.

Care instructions

LIGHT: Happiest in medium to bright indirect sunlight. Avoid direct sun.

WATERING: Likes to be slightly moist at all times. Avoid waterlogging but also do not allow to dry out completely. This pot must be watered from the top as the drainage layer in the pot may impede water uptake from the bottom.

HUMIDITY: Enjoys humidity but will tolerate average home environments, avoid drying heat or cold draughts. Humidity can be increased by pebble trays, grouping with other plants or a humidifier.

TEMPERATURE: Enjoys warmth of 13-28°C.

FEEDING: Does not require much feeding, half strength liquid feed every 3-4 weeks in spring and summer, less in autumn and winter and only if plants continue to actively grow.

GROWTH: Average growth rate. Can reach 45cm in height and width.

TOXICITY: Safe for pets and people.
