How to care for your ZZ plant
LIGHT: Happiest in medium to bright indirect sunlight. Avoid direct sun.
WATERING: Water thoroughly then allow to dry out almost completely before watering again. Avoid waterlogging.
HUMIDITY: Easy-going. Will be happy in most rooms in the home.
TEMPERATURE: Enjoys warmth of 12-28°C. Avoid draughts.
FEEDING: Use liquid houseplant feed as instructed on the bottle during spring and summer. Feed less in autumn and winter – and only if plants continue to actively grow.
GROWTH: Medium to slow growth. Can reach up to 75cm in height.
TOXICITY: Toxic if ingested.
OTHER: Enjoys being pot-bound. Use a soft damp cloth to clean leaves or give plant an occasional gentle tepid spray down to remove dust.
