How to care for your Gynura
LIGHT: Medium to bright indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight.
WATERING: Likes to be slightly moist at all times. Avoid waterlogging but also do not allow to dry out completely.
HUMIDITY: Easy-going, happy in average home environments but also enjoys humidity so can be put into any room including the bathroom. Avoid water sitting on the leaves.
TEMPERATURE: Enjoys warmth of 15-28°C. Avoid draughts.
FEEDING: Liquid houseplant feed once or twice a month during spring and summer. In autumn and winter feed less and only if plants continue to actively grow.
GROWTH: Trailing. Medium growth rate. Can reach 1m in length.
TOXICITY: Safe for pets and people.
OTHER: Place in a hanging basket or pinch regularly to keep neat. Not long lived but easy to propagate for a new plant.
